Couldn’t Claim on Headquarters Map

I was playing as Feral and after killing 3 of their Fireteam members I couldn’t claim pigs to heal, then used a med kit, then one of them found me after they were reinforced and after killing them I couldn’t claim them either

There’s all kinds of random function and interaction issues, on both sides. It’s only gotten worse, after each passing update. There were times I’d get second winded, and couldn’t leap at all with adequate stamina. Talk about getting FUBAR’d.
