Couldn't complete objective when objective changed while dead

This could be a huge coincidence and I may be dumb. Not the first time for either.

I died and the 3 FT continued w/o me. Objective changed to “find the last relic” and they called reinforcements. So I spawn in and run to the temple while they tango with the Predator. I run around that fucking temple for 3 minutes before getting frustrated. I go down and when the FT comes to revive me, THEY COMPLETE THE OBJECTIVE BC IM DOWN RIGHT NEXT TO IT.

I ran by that spot multiple times and in fact an explosion from the gas tank on the adjacent table is what downed me. So I have no doubt I was in range. Idk if the crate didn’t spawn for me or if it just didn’t register. But I’m lvl 107, know that map and objective and something was fucked

Last match when respawned my weapons didn’t render, including sniper scope. I had to switch a gun with a gun case weapon to fix it

Hi back another day with another reinforcements issue. While playing overgrowth, we reinforced (I was dead) on the “neutralize the compound” objective. When the objective changed to “neutralize is a relative term, destroy the barrels”, the barrels were all satellite dishes. Glowing red. Idk if they were destructable bc I had 10 seconds of confusion before the Pred got me.
