Crash on opening game PC

Game crashes on startup, no error codes. Just closes down the window once I get to the main menu.

same things been happening to me for an hour now. re installed the game and did everything i can think of to fix it. nothing working at all

I fixed mine.

Go to your C drive under Users, select yourself and search appdata and go to local files. Go to SpaceFish. from there go to Saved, then delete PlatformSettings and UserSettings. Star the game up and it should work without crashing. Youll lose all your setting and classes though.

Will I lose progress or gear attained, @Omega ?
When you say settings and classes, is it just a matter of setting them up again or will I actually lose items and have to start over?

yes I did that too, but it only helped for 30 minutes

Everyone keeps spamming the bug forum with the same issue without reading existing threads. This one has the answer. @OldKingHamlet

ACIG grenade is causing this - do not put it in any of your loadouts or you will crash again

As soon as you play a game and go back to the menu it crashes.

Every time you try load the game it crashes at the menu.

Only fix is to clear save data.

Pitbull doesn’t do this but can’t speak for the uav - stay away from the anti cloak grenade until its hot fixed

The ACIG is a definite cause.

You equip it, play a game then immediately after you crash. When you try get to the main menu you get the exact same crash again.

Only fix is to clear save data (custom classes).

I havent tested the UAV on its own yet, but as people are reporting crashes without the ACIG some of the other new items could be causing this too.

If someone wants to test and let us know?
