I am also wanting a Upgrade DLC for the Deluxe edition of the game as i did pre-ordered the standard edition almost a month ago as couldn’t see any Deluxe edition available and everywhere i looked said only available for PS4! Then a deluxe edition arrived as i’m installing the game. (i’m sure it will have been before this but i don’t sit on a pre-order game page refreshing.)
