My dude. The industry standard is proper aim assist. If that offends you then I don’t know what to tell you. Every major console shooter has it sans killzone to lower the demands of entry. Controller is a jank experience but if you think it can keep up with mouse at a range then I don’t know what to tell you. And even then… this aim debate is highly subjective. Some people find it easier to aim with a game pad. Some people find it easier with a mouse. This whole point you are trying to make is massively subjective and inconsistent and while I do agree myself that mouse is easier that may not be the same for someone else. But you don’t care about that. Because that is more than just a black and white perception and requires a much deeper and even scientific analysis you aren’t interested in exploring because PC Master Race. Not to mention aim assist is by no means exclusive to console either so ignoring that claim.
It’s not about it being “easier/comfortable” it’s the amount of precision a mouse gives you over a controller, which IS black and white, has been proven time and time again and requires no “scientific analysis.” The only time the field is even close to even is when console is given aim assist. This is why those “pro rainbow six seige console players” drop hundreds of dollars on mouse and keyboard adapters. For the advantage in precision.
It’s not a PC master race thing it’s a century old easily debunkable argument that comes up in any crossplay shooter, or shooter with controller support.
Can that person using a gamepad get to a point where they prefer to play with aim assist off? Sure. Would it help the average console player that can’t do anything if the pred just sprints around the team? A million times yes.

If you really want to debate my claims in every single ps pub you can just sprint/leap around them and they have no way of hitting you. Basically as soon as you hit the leap button you’re home free regardless of whatever dumb play you just made. It’s ridiculous that they’re trying to balance both platforms the same way if console cannot hit a leaping predator.

You mean the same scientific analysis that demonstrably reflects that each person’s brain operates differently to a plethora of instruments on an entirely individualistic basis? That is like saying math is easy for you so it should it be easy for everyone and no science, therefore facts, can refute that. And precision isn’t necessarily everything. Hit scan is, objectively, supposed to be better than having in game projectiles or whatever the term is but for me, for example, I am exponentially better at sniping at long distances when there is bullet drop and shit to calculate than when it just hit scans. Don’t know why but it just is. It just seems to add an extra layer that makes it compute better in my brain or some shit. Gonna ignore fucking science? Albeit the science behind this is inconclusive? What a dumb way to think. Might as well be an anti vaxxer dude. Not everyone’s brain works the same as yours, despite how pretentiously you believe it should.

If I had bullet drop? One hundred percent, controller or not, I would nail your ass to the fucking wall. Maybe that is the vodka talking but the point I am making there is for me I hate hit scan. Sounder counter intuitive. Why would instantly hitting where you aim be worse for you than having to calculate bullet drop? Don’t know. Just works better for me. Ok. Let’s break this down to the bare fucking basics. Mouse is more precise? Sure. You know what that means though? If you so much as fucking twitch ever so slightly… YOU MISS YOUR SHOT! Do that on a controller? No biggie man, shit happens. You may miss or you may not. Precision of that caliber only matters in so far as how precise and steady your hand and eye coordination goes. If you aren’t the steadiest hand maybe the controller works better for you so you have that extra buffer that it won’t totally throw off your shot or whatever. To make such an asinine claim is comically ignorant of basic biology and perhaps you should go back to grade school.

I don’t think you understand who you are talking to. I PC gamed most of my life. I played Starcraft 2 at levels, on PC, where I literally had to do hand and wrist exercises daily just to keep my hands from cramping and locking up in ANY GIVEN match on a casual basis and even then it didn’t always help.
