Critical Changes The Game MUST Undertake

IMHO, these are the things which are ruining the experience for me, as a Predator player:

  • Fireteam is ridiculously fast, they complete the missions in a blink, sometimes it is impossible to scape from them when hurt because they hunt me down very quickly and I cannot heal…
  • Speaking of healing, Predator heals way too slow and only has 2 medpacks while they get what? 2-3 per player? In addition, they heal so quick, they can find more medpacks around the map, they can revive teammates… There you have it, unkillable fireteams.
  • Predator weapons are shit. I wont expand here because other people have done it very well, but mainly I find it very difficult to make good use of them, the few games I’ve won are the ones where the fireteam are complete noobs and I killed them with melee attacks. There is no reason for a predator weapon not to one shot a human, since they can stick together and fire you down very quickly and they heal so fast, no matter if I landed a good shot with the plasma caster or the disk, they will heal and gun me down in the mean time… Also, I think the net and traps are useless, they last nothing and enemy can keep moving…

Your eyes don’t glow with vision activated. They do flash though when you change in between vision on and off. Like what the Predator did to Mac after he killed Blain

The cloak is perfect and cannon to the movie franchise. In the films it’s a layered transparent displacement map, if the Predator is at a distance and still he’s near impossible to see. The more quickly he moves, the more likely to be noticed. Additionally, if the Predator is within close range while cloaked he’s just visible enough not to be a ghost.

There’s literally no reason to change his cloak whatsoever.

Predator 2, Want some candy cloaked

Agree’d cloak is perfect. It’s the spot function that is unreasonable in my opinion.

Ok that fully invisible comment is complete bullshit you are still very visible when in cloak

At close range and moving, you are somewhat visible. Your visibility while staying still is really good however, especially on the ground. I’ve hid right in plain sight more times than I can count.

I might just be bad at stealth but it’s still pretty easy to see as the fire team

I’d also like to add, that a Predators cloak in cannon was not invisibility, it was light bending camouflage, which this game has captured perfectly.

dude what? why would you give people wrong information on purpose. YOUR EYES DO GLOW while vision is activated lmao. the game is third person you can literally go check yourself

if you stand still while cloaked and vision mode is off you go completely invisible in the game

Your eyes glow to yourself, because your looking at yourself, with your own thermal vision lol. That glow is not visible to the ones that matter though, the Fireteam, only the brief flash like Mac observed in the movie.

I agree with everything you said, but my take of the syringe should be that it only gives the player about 10-30 more points of health, rather than full.

Have you seen any other predator movie ever?

Just to remind you… in the 2018 movie the helmet obliterated a house because the wearer (a kid) was hit by a tin can.

That was the Yautja tech not the kid’s aim.

you can even see when you are pred turn your vision on and your eyes stay yellow

Yeah I’ve played as predator a bit more and I agree it works fine

we dont talk about that terrible movie

not sure what game youre playing but the cloak is far from perfect my friend

it doesn’t blend the predator in with the background as good as it should, a good example of optic camo done well is from AvP 2010

You could still see him but he blended in so well that you never really knew if you were shooting in the right place when he moved around, it was hard to pin point him

and with a few swift movements you’d lose track and sight of him altogether… because the camo blended in really well to the environment

however in this game, no matter where he jumps or runs he sticks out like a sore thumb, and you only ever lose sight of him due to the obstructions in the map… not because the camo is good

in fact its so bad, it uses a cheap gimmick of turning you almost invisible when you’re standing still, something which is totally unnecessary when the camo is done properly

Your defense here is irrelevant, you are 100% correct the movie is utter and complete shit. However it does give us a huge insight in yautja society and lore.
The fact that you would defend your much debunked statement on how the PC works by stating that the movie is bad doesn’t defend your case.
So I suggest you go find some evidence that supports your claim. Or in your specific case go find an attorney to do that for you because you obviously suck at arguing.
