Cross Save between Platforms?

I wonder if this game have Cross Save like it has in Fortnite. Where you still have access to all the items and progress between platform.

No one?
I can’t find an answer anywhere I look. I was hoping someone here would know, who perhaps owns a copy on both PC and PS4.

I don’t want to get an extra copy without knowing if my progress and items will be shared no matter which platform I am playing on.
