The problem is the amount of players and the matchmaking.
I’m not sure but I think the matchmaking might still be bugged.

Doubt it, but this is a solution, not one many may enjoy, but I have yet to see any real ideas pushed forward to fix ques that still gives players freedom of choice to pick the side they want and still have reasonable que times
The main reason why I took off cross play was because when I played against a lot of PC players I’m not saying all of them but the majority of them just Spam the shoulder Cannon and it frustrates me lol
I think we’ve settled our differences tbh and dont really have a problem with each other anymore, we just tend to disagree on things.
At least I feel you’ve made an attempt to keep things civil between us lol.
I’m talking more the pcds guys.
I dont like their personalities, mainly just what I’ve seen on here.
Win or lose I cant see it being fun.

Cross play can’t be mandatory as long as PC players have the inherrent advatage of having a (relativly) smooth running game high accuracy mice and the abillity to change settings to have a visual advantage
however if good aim sticky/assist was added yes it should be mandatory
but until then
the only way to make it better is to release on other platforms

Crossplay isnt really a problem though.
Its playerbase size.
Fix the problems this game has,
Make the game more fun and enjoyable on both sides, and then we won’thave long ques.
This is like the ppl who say make character choice random.
It wont help.

Sadly, releasing on other platforms is up to Sony and Epic, if they want to keep it exclusively to themselves they will and we pay for it. I am trying to come up with ideas on a developer level they can control vs what corporate controls
then you should ask for console aim assist/ sticky aim cause until then PS4 players will continue to think PC players are cheating when they play with them
all modern CoD’s have aim assist/sticky assist so much so that a large portion of the PC playerbase plays on controller for those games
cause it evens the playing field of the two sides

But even that wont be enough to solve the problem with que times.
We just need more players.

It would for PC players however for PS players yes we would just need more people
but PC is such a smaller platform than PS that having all PS players with crossplay on would probaly improve their que time by minutes
Even fixing all the bugs, making fun for both sides we would still have long ques on Predator side. Even before the recent fixes, buffs, and balancing and Predator was being beaten down ques were still long. Now, Predator has some standing room and ques have gotten way longer than before.

You know what would be nice?
Numbers.
Like how many people are playing online and how many are in each que.

Just personally throwing this out there.
Having a Mandated Crossplay COULD, fix wait times for the majority.
But, it opens up other problems.
Salutions should not open up another issue that may cause more issue.
Then you gotta solve that issue.
Which can open up more, or lead you back to the start.
I’ll be frank.
I have no idea how to lower these time issues.
I personally dont have the issue myself.
So I stuggle to relate to these mass over 16 min waits.
But.
As a suggestion.
Instead of mandating crossplay.
Try, a hub space.
Or game space.
Maybe, while you wait for your matches.
You can spawn in as an AI pig in anothers already set match.
And run around or something.
What Im getting at.
An alternative to keep your minds busy, and with some fun.
While you wait.
Maybe they can add some custome boar skins.
Its just some food for thought.
Instead of mandating people to play with those they wish not too.
No one should have their fun ruined in a game that can already be frustrating without doing anything.
Aka sitting in the menu for 20 mins.

TBH there’s a lot of players on PC out there that are playing on 1050’s and 1060’s
Those GPU’s @ 1080P don’t provide much advantage over console (they still see frame drops in the 30’s range)
People here seem to think that all PC players out there are running 3090’s with 4K monitors. That is not the reality by any sorts
I’ve even heard of more than a few playing on Gaming Laptops… which IMO are a joke and would prefer a console 1000 times over them.

The lack of numbers is due to lack of advertisement, a lot of people never even heard of this game or knew it was a thing. The game got some kind of advertisement from Fortnite and the NFL player. That was it and it brought in a good few players, but those were other sources advertising and promoting the game for them. Not, Illfonic doing it themselves.
