Most PC players use discord for communication. I wonder how that would work for the PS4. Sorry if I sound like an ignorant, but when it comes to consoles, I am. Last console I bought was a Wii. Does the PS4 has discord or some sort of audio out that can be easily linked to a PC or smartphone running discord so you have hear both the voice chat and the game sounds on your headset?
In game communication is just broken. Sometimes it won’t even work at all.
I’m not sure that’s a great question Ill see if I can find out for sure but they may fix the Audio Communication within the game so this isn’t a future problem
PS4 doesnt have discord options unfortunately, only party chat through PS4 interface and the only option pc and ps4 player communicate as of now is ingame chat.
is possible, but it requires additional hardware and a somewhat complicated setup
hopefully illfonic will make it so you can communicate in game better I can see this being an issue
the main issue is that is “too real” but at the same time, is not. IRL military squads would use headset coms that work at a distance, not talking loud where everyone could hear them.
hopefully they make this fix so people don’t complain
