I can not agree. I cant really say there is a meta build. There are meta perks but not a build for say.
Assault deadly + Bane and Gosl-R
ARW has the highest DPS at close range
Gosl.has high damage, percentage buffs applied to high numbers are more rewarding. Also you have close and long range potential with Gosl.

AR-W vs GOSL-R is going to be mostly a preference of range. If your very good at consistently landing hits at ranges beyond 25m, then GOSL-R. If you want maximum melt DPS on melee happy predators, then AR-W.
You’re right , Ak is much better than Ar-W as well as Bane is much better than Tick skin and Double time ♥️
