Custom Chat Wheel Function

As Predator and FT, you should have the ability to customize your emotes similar to the F13 dances.

These additional emotes should be unlockable either via level or veritanium spend.

My FT chat wheel would just be “Need Ammo” all the way around, but my Predator chat wheel might be a bit more varied.
