After every match my fireteam keeps getting their gear set back to basic. I redownload the game and still had the same issue

Sorry you are encountering this bug.
There is no know fix for this and we have repeatedly asked illfonic for communication regarding fixes for a number of items.
This will more than likely not be fixed anytime soon, check back in about 4 or 5 months and maybe it will be fixed.

Yeah it sucks the devs don’t check these forums and reply to the payers. I mean players.
