Today’s daily challenge is “Do Damage to NPC Soldiers”
Does the perk “Flesh Ripper” (increased damage to AI) make you accomplish this task faster, or can you only do a certain amount of damage to an NPC? I’m assuming the perk only allows you to kill them faster, they all take the same “amount” of damage.

Well, it gives increased damage to AI.
AI only has so much health.
You’re not gonna do more damage than they can take.
All you’re doing is killing them faster.
