I’d personally love to see some kind of Danny Glover/Mike Harrigan inclusion @Graphic-king.
Two Observations though…
01: As awesome as Predator 2 is, Danny Glover’s Acting is… passable. There’s the Opening Scene where they bust into the Building after the massive Street Shootout. Glover acting as he’s trying to listen to his Captain (who was also his Captain in Lethal Weapon) is groan inducing. Especially when he kicks in the Rooftop Door and clears the Area before our favorite Cartel Maniac falls to his death. LMAO I’ve seen 10 Year Olds act better.
I love Predator 2. But sometimes you’re just like eeeeeh haha.
And 02: With all of the groaning we see about Parrying and how it doesn’t belong in Hunting Grounds, don’t forget that Harrigan wrote the book on Parrying. Yes, it was the Smart Disc against the City Hunter’s Wrist Blades. But still, Harrigan Deflected/Parried everything until his surprise kneeling blow. I’d argue that you have a far better Grip with a Smart Disc as opposed to a Combat Knife, but this is a Videogame we’re talking about.
We also have the Yakuza in Predators fighting a Yautja ( was it Falcon?? Can’t remember) where he Parried left and right. Just sayin’!!
I would pay. Harrigan and the deagle. Make it happen, get my money.
