It’ll work against randoms and some PS premades but won’t work against full organised teams. The Hook doesn’t have the most reliable tracking either so if you don’t hit the guy after you use the heavy you’re 90% likely to go straight into second wind, plus even if you get the down, you’ll go second wind before you can claim or shoot the guy who’s on the ground.
