Well as the deluxe edition was announced only a few days before release, those that already purchased the standard edition could not upgrade to deluxe. I did a refund request right away when deluxe was announced. By the time it was refunded, the game was already released. Therefore, some of us missed out on the pre order bonus. Is there any way we can obtain it as Epic games are not responding? @ Courier

Yeah this was badly handeled… I did the same… Pre-ordered only to discover the deluxe edition was actually going to be available on PC a day or two before the actual release date.

It did strike me as a way to penalise those who got in early pre-orders, which is the complete opposite of any good marketing sense AFAIK…
I do hope they’ll make it so people can upgrade from normal to deluxe soon-ish.
As the PC Deluxe was announced just a day or so before the release, most had already pre-ordered. I think it’s only fair to give people that option.

Hey guys good news. Epic take a fair bit of time to reply but eventually allowed me to refund my normal edition and repurchase the deluxe with the pre purchase bonus. Might wanna email their support to start the process.

they got back to me for more info… and that’s been about it for 2 days… I love Predator stuff but until they fix ALL the issues with the game AND the Pre-Order issues for everyone I’m not giving them a dime more

Simply format your PC
for some reason theres a file in side the game thats stoping you form getting your content.
Formating fixes this
