Last year, the Predator bundle had a bunch of extra items, all of which were described as being added for free later till the end of the year, it’s the next year, and 6 of the exclusive items(the warpaints) are still exclusive.
Devs have broken failed and to uphold a very simple promise that could result in legal issues
My dude, you need to chill out. The devs are doing their best with all this craziness thats happening around all of us. Also January isnt over just yet, this next update could have all the cool stuff we wanted.

What Predator bundle are you talking about? We have warpaints in game. Are you saying there are more?
If possible, post a photo/ link to what we should have in game along with where the developers made a commitment to having them in game before the end of 2021.
I think the update is going to come out February because all the updates have happened two months apart.

The bundle they’re referring to is the pred bundle that offered the warpaints and 3 masks. Warpaints and masks were to be released for free gradually through the year before the end of December. As it stands they haven’t released the warpaints yet. Would anything come from this legally speaking, no not a damn thing.
I understand the frustration because they can’t be trusted to release simple paints that are already in game on time but overall this is a non issue.

Only if you bought the pack, if you didn’t then you have to wait. It’s the same for the 3 masks that came with the pack, they were released for free gradually throughout the year however the warpaints were forgotten about just like exiles predlocks. I’m no game developer but unless there’s some sort of game breaking issue caused by releasing these things then what the fuck are they waiting for.
They promised the release of one before the end of the year, failed on that one. Supposed to release another item months ago but still haven’t, an item that people paid for.

Implying illfonic has ever met a deadline, the patches are half finished. Even this game launched as a beta. There’s $5 skins clipping out the ass and weapons missing effects.
