Did Double XP Vanish for Anyone Else?

I used ONE of the TWO Double EXP bonus from the deluxe preorder. Now I no longer have the option to use the second. Checked with a friend of mine and the same thing happened to him. Has anyone else noticed this?

I went back to the deluxe edition and looked. You are correct! It was only ONE. Could have sworn there was two. Oh well. Thanks!
