I just listened the Dutch tapes and they were great. It was awesome to hear Arnold as the character again and I liked the direction they went with the story. Would be great if they made a new movie and Arnold was in it. Also I liked that he talked about the events of Predator 2.

I liked the constant lighting of a cigar and wondered if Arnie really smoked them while recording these hah.
Yeah they were great, the last one felt very in character and fitting Arnies own age and status.

I loved all of them @Galactus123. Their narrative fits the whole Predator Universe perfectly. Hats off to the Writers as they nailed it.

I enjoyed the heck out of them. The story he and Keyes told about the female predator messing him and his team up was really cool. Plus the absence of the “Predator Killer Suit” means while (unfortunately) some elements of The Predator have made it into the game - the dumber parts have not.

Arnold sounded super bored in them. The writing was subpar and closer to fan fiction.

I expected a bit more lore tbh. Most of it was just confirmation of what we knew from the OWLF tapes. I did however enjoy the last few tapes as now it actually makes sense when the game is taking place given that we are fighting stargazer and owlf has been reinstated.

It did sometimes sound like he was reading them from a paper. He probably was but I think he was great in most of the tapes.

I enjoyed them greatly. Him playing Dutch once again and going through the years with him was certainly jarring once you hear the tapes. The Predator is pretty much only referenced once and that was when Stargazer took over for like 1 movie. I hope he meets his brother soon.
I have no interest in “plot” in game without PvE mode. So I didn’t even listen these tapes.
Yeah, he didn’t sound enthusiastic at all. At times you can almost hear his brain kicking him saying “activate emotions”.
