Got the pre order package on ps4 before the game dropped and when I started playing I didnt receive the jungle hunter class or mask or the minigun. My psn is B4NANA_MAN_525. If I could at least get the mask that would be cool :). I’m already lvl 88 and am enjoying the game thoroughly. Some issues I have as predator though are falling off branches when switching weapons and just getting stuck on things in some places on maps. Having a blast though, thanks for a great game guys.
Didn't receive preorder bonus.. Also, glitching through trees.

Have you already tried reactivating your account onto your console, and/or restoring licenses onto your system?
Sometimes either of those options can help to resolve these types of issues.
