difference in BURST & SUSTAIN dps

Hello,

Can anyone tell what is the difference in burst & sustain damage per second types ?

The difference should be:

  • Burst DPS would be how much damage per second multiple hits from the same magazine/attack will produce
  • Sustain DPS would be how much damage per second can be produced for a prolonged amount of time, taking magazine size and reload time into account.

In the case of the predator, there may be high burst DPS weapons or attacks, but the sustained DPS might be much different if ammo Capacity and reload (e.g. plasma Pistol), energy consumption (e.g. plasma caster), or various stamina consumptions of the different melee weapons are taken into account.
