Digital upgrade

I would like an option to upgrade my edition. When I preordered I didnt see any digital deluxe edition and when the game was finally out I noticed they had an edition and it wasnt available to me. I would like to be able to pay the extra like $20 to upgrade it i stead of having to buy the game for the full $60
