Dutch mostly calls them Hunters in the book. (later in it he refers to them as Hunters or Predators).
I don’t think I’ve heard him yell it, but then again I’m mostly tuning him out to hear the threat.

I also agree it’s accented “kill it” or something close. Like when he says “still works” while mudding up I always hear “still gross”

Maybe, in his heart or mind, he still sees him as a close friend (even though he betrayed/lied to him) and calling his name means he’s going to avenge his friend
When Dutch attacks the Predator with his combat knife. There’s 2 ways he says it. Pretty sure he’s not yelling “Kill ‘em!”, because it wouldn’t make sense really.
Although… I wonder if Star Wars has bought Carl Weathers’ likeness, as he stars in The Mandalorian now.
