DirectX 12 visual glitch

Hi there!

While using dx12 (through -dx12 launch command line with unreal engine), sometimes, I would say 1/10 of my games, there is a visual glitch that happen the whole round, like low polygon pulsing from everywhere.

Could you please fix it? Even if the game is only official supported on DirectX 11? The performance are far better on dx12!

Hello. I also tested on Dx12 The game runs much smoother, higher FPS and fewer FPS drops. It would be cool if the developers optimized the game for Dx12
