disappeared from cutscenes, teammates say my character is looks like an unfinished test model

this has happened every match today, along with not seeing any hud whatsoever and immortality. all i can do is look around, move, and jump. I’m on PS4, is there something i can do? reinstalling hasn’t helped

I think it happens when you quit just before the match starts
