Disk is better but still trash

Allow me to explain.

  1. Frequently stuck in speed mode
  2. Frequently won’t speed up
  3. CONSTANTLY stuck on invisible things in empty space
  4. Base speed can be out ran by every FT class
  5. Flight still makes the screen jump making it impossible to aim
  6. Any half decent player can avoid it 9/10 times
  7. Gives away your position
  8. Freezes you in place
  9. Makes you visible

The biggest issues are, to me anyway, 1-5. Having 3 is helpful, but the core issues remain. Still not effective against good teams. Only good for harassing potatoes.

Honestly, shit sounds like they will only ever put bandaid fixes overtop their game

They could always add it at a future date or installment, like Left 4 Dead.

At least they have the foundation of the game down pat from the sounds of their 25 min gameplay video.

Don’t forget about bug when you cannot throw disk or hit melee with it anymore because of some reasons…

And Jesus, the fucking frame rate!! Why is the frame rate on base ps4 such ass? It’s literally unplayable. So bad buttons I hit aren’t even registering because the game is skipping so much. Can’t heal, parry, or shoot when it’s needed. Such fucking trash.

There is on one weapon answer against the premades. Against them, it’s not about the weapon per se, but about the tactics.

Would be nice if someone made a breakdown of how to fight premades.

since disc up time is longer… you can throw from a decent distance… best way against premades…get one down… toss traps all around the downed target… use high dpi and slice and dice… hopefully they dont find u as cloak is still bugged

Hopefully is a big thing. Plus shooting from distance and getting there in time to trap is also an iffy. It’s a good tactic but the timing is crucial.

You also have to keep track of them. They nearly always manage to rainforce and then is GGs. I’d day if it looks like one of them is starting to split off, jump around to draw lure away to others and then bolt for that guy.

I still think, if they fix the glitchy issues, 2 disks would be better.

Yes the Disc is trash.
The only Preds who are able to use it properly and win against full PC teams are using it with DPI Macros.
I guess that says a lot, if you need a macro to make a weapon work.

Actually ping affects parrying too. Specially agains those short windowed weapons to parry

So if i switch my dpi from 2000 to 7000 I am using macros? For me it’s just my logitech gaming software which came with my mouse and it’s all legit since we are just changing dpi, and not using turbo clickers or some shit

And imo the disc is the 1-3. Best weapon in the game now with the bow and caster
