DLC in Epic Store Problem

I cant buy the Dutch DLC in Epic Store and the Epic Support is no help.
Please please fix this.

(And please add the Deluxe Edition as Upgrade.)

Go into the Customization on the Main Menu. Choose Fireteam. Choose an Custom Loadout. Click on the Class button. There you will see the Dutch (2025) Class. But its locked. Just click on it and an Window of Epic will open asking you if you want to buy it. Thats how i have done it.

Didn’t work for me either, as long as I was using my german Epic Games account.
I solved it by changing the language of my Epic Games account to english.

Yes, I had a similar problem. It was like I wanted to buy DLC DUTCH 2025 on the Epic Store via a web browser where I was logged in to my account. There were problems with the payment I entered my credit card but even after that it was not possible to make the payment. There was only one item to choose from instead of pay so there was only a checkout. And I checked my data several times and I repeated the purchase several times and it still didn’t work. Then it occurred to me to try to make a payment through Epic Games Lanchuer and it suddenly worked even though I was in doubt through this application to make a payment. I don’t trust applications too much, I prefer web browsers firefox
