DLC not getting added after purchase on epic games

Hey bought some dlc on epic games store. Got all of it except the pack with Falconer, Mr black, and captured is this a bug for that dlc or something else

a bug probably, you can send an email, i did that for feral predator and it worked, they dropped an update i think, or maybe you just have to wait

Can you provide your name on EGS?
Do those 3 Predator classes show as locked in the game?
