DLC showing as locked - PC

Wolf DLC showing as locked on Epic. Restarted client with no change. In-game purchase is met with 500 error.

Bought dlc from epic store

dlc shows as locked

We are investigating players not being able use the Wolf DLC if purchased through the web portal, or unable to purchase the DLC within the game, on Epic Games Store. We are currently working on a solution for this.

This has been happening ever since the Viking DLC, its nothing new. So should be easy to fix in theory, have been done before so many times.

i mean i bought the dlc in the store,
because after the update I was able to log in, everything is there, but I can’t make a match?
no quick play
no private
not even tutorial,
not selectable.

…would be nice if the game would work again,
I think the dlc would work too.

“game problem” fixed …dlc unfortunately not yet, but I think it will come soon :)

yeah, a couple of my friends had that issue - they had to mess with EAC to get it to work. smh at this update

Same issue with Wolf here in Ireland.

There’s no DLC Add-on in Epic Store at all.

DLC shows as locked in the game, when I try to buy it, it says Error 500.
Basically the same problem as everyone else. It’s not a region problem, the problem is global, it’s the fact that the product is not on Epic Store at all, unlike PlayStation where you can buy it normally.

I was able to buy it yesterday at the Epic Store,

or I can also say it “like this”,
I have concluded a sales contract, my money is paid, if Illfonic wishes it, I can arrange for the Illfonic at my bank
get a copy of the transaction.

(Of course not here in the forum, not necessary, I have the address of the money recipient)

…in the game itself the dlc is still locked for me
…and the 500 error comes too

…I’m not sure if the problem is “more” with Epic-EpicStore ??

Mojo was able to solve the EAC problem and explain it well to everyone.

You have experience dealing with this as it already happened with previous DLCs.
