Pulling the bold and such. Same speed regardless?
Do any perks speed up the bolt action rifle?
Quick release is the only perk i see that increases reload time. Dont think it affects how fast the bolt is pulled to load a bullet into the chamber. I think it only effects how fast the you load the “CLIP”
Frustrating but understandable. This is my understanding as well.
