Dicks and Vaginas are designed for reproduction primarily. Since Xeno’s don’t reproduce like humans it would stand to reason that they don’t have dicks and instead have an alternative solution to excreting toxic materials like double duty assholes, sweat, copious amount of drooling and slime, or alternatively not giving a fuck
