The games they devolped in the past have been mediocre at best, there are still day one bugs, constant frame dips, weapons that are borderline unusable. Its been over 6 months and the core issues of this game have yet to be fixed, I wouldn’t be so critical with this game if they were actually doing a decent job. They have yet to release a patch that doesn’t break the game in some way, they put more effort into paid dlc and cosmetics than they do actually fixing bugs and cosmetics have bugs ands issues too,
And yes this would be different if the game came out month or 2 ago but it came out back in April and there have been barely any improvement to glaring issues of the game that should of been top priority before they even thought of releasing dlc.

Get a refund. Because if you aren’t having fun on PS4 on the game, buy it on PC! Thats what I would do. Its not that expensive if you take in count of the countless OTHER stuff you can do on a Personal Computer (since that existed since DOS ).
