Maybe they should slow the game down if they want cool stealth moments instead of a 5 minute arena shooter.

That tweet and reply from Illfonic is actually rather annoying when that scenario never happens and Illfonic is responding like they did a good job with their game in regards to stealth.

Nah, why would they wait for the Pred to find them? If they had the drop on him they could have just melted him in less than a second.

Playing as pred i would never be able to tell if this did happen because I wouldn’t see them. I believe it is possible. many times i catch a mudder running in the distance but just barely. The mud does what it is supposed to do.

Now does FT play like this and not just spot and shoot you the second they see you thinking it would be better to avoid a confrontation with the predator? No.

I’ve been mudded up and standing either right below or beside the Predator without them seeing me but I’ve always been alone when doing so. This only happens when I play with randoms who are garbage at the game and so I use them as a distraction and fodder. If the Predator is also trash, I’ll actively engage without my team and basically chase him around the jungle until I kill him. If the Predator isn’t trash, I will follow behind quietly as they get into position to ambush my team. As the Predator starts lining up shots, I unload into their back as I’m basically right behind them, putting them into second-wind and usually following up with a run through the jungle and another Predator kill.

As @Finessology said above, this game is literally an arena shooter and most of the time it’s just the FT chasing the Predator around the jungle doing 360 no-scopes for their montage.
