Jungle Hunter
Ok
They’re both the worst 2 DLCs we’ve had. Wolf isn’t remotely movie accurate and Emissary is a Berserker reskin again, of whom is literally a Predator who couldn’t even make it into the final cut of the worst Predator movie.
My favourite DLC is City Hunter
Me i like Wolf ,City Hunter , Mr Black , Jungle Hunter , Captured , Fauconnier , Samurai , Viking , Valkyrie , Cléopâtre , Alpha ,
here is my ranking of my favorite predators in the game and you?
Emissary. Just fits my play style perfectly.
City hunter top :D
I prefer to get my money back
Unfortunately, I still haven’t been able to purchase those DLC Packs - Emissary and Wolf.
Because both didn’t arouse any interest in me…
For Me, until Today, since the Game’s Launch, the Best Predator we’ve had in the Game, has been City Hunter.
He is a Complete Predator.
Totally. Netgun should at the very least be considered the same as the wrist launcher, which would allow him to take the combi and disc and be a complete movie accurate Pred. I like the idea of when he has his mask shot off, he instantly gets the rebreather and this gives him bonus stamina.
Jungle Hunter 87 is, and always will be, my favourite Predator in the game because I’m addicted to 'member-berries.
2nd would be City Hunter, because blended 'member-berry smoothies.
3rd would be Elder, because 'member-berry cereal bars.
4th would be Falconer, because he was the most unique and innovative Predator since City Hunter. Without his Drone, his in-game purpose is pointless though.
5th would be Alpha Predator, because when he first appeared in game it was something special and rare to encounter them. And damn if they didn’t look bad-ass at the time.
Wolf was a total bad-ass in the movie, and I do not recognise this Wolf class that we have in the game. It’s half finished and severely lacking. Again, like Falconer, his in-game purpose is pointless except to drain more sheckles from the playerbase.
This is my opinion, take it with a pinch of sarcasm.
Both are absolute abominations to the source material
They were actually expecting me to pay for such drivel?
So buddy, I see you have a preference for Predators that are Hunters.
Unfortunately, I don’t have Jungle Hunter '87. I would very much like to have it. I bought the deluxe version of the game, thinking he it came as an exclusive item, but only later did I see he it was a pre-order exclusive.
But of the Predators you mentioned, I would totally change the Order (Laughter), because in my Opinion, these Predators are very similar to each other.
Only the Falconer that fits into a Class of Scout Predators.
If Illfonic really cared about making Predators with Significant Differences Between Them, I believe the TOP-5 of Predators would be:
Because I see in these Predators Many Differentiated Equipment options.
Which could provide a Much More Exciting Gaming Experience.
The other Predators, are Predators who use Specific Weapons and Equipment. They don’t require a lot of strategy.
I don’t care for either of these. Wolf was done so dirty that I don’t even consider him Wolf. Emissary to me is like a bad joke. The only thing left for pred was to become the FT but being that it’s still pred made him horrible. Both of these have a shit ton of issues and aren’t worth anyones money.
I’d say exile was the last decent and functional pred we got (aside from the predlocks debacle). Every other pred since him has suffered nonstop issues from shading on armors not working making it absent of color, clipping through masks and armor, hit boxes not working at all, etc. Illfonic has either stopped caring or they’re flat out lying that they have people working on this game.
Predators are literally hunters, so Hunter classes and those closest too are my preference. Samurai was different because he was melee focused, and despite never being one of the movie Preds I could easily imagine a Yautja in ancient, feudal Japan adapting to their ways and hunting humans differently.
I never liked Beserker, and never felt he fitted in properly. Whereas Scout did, and there was an actual Scout Predator in Predator 2. Back in year one early days, you had to have a lot of skill and finesse to use a Scout effectively because of how squishy it was.
When it comes to the game, I’m guided by trying to reenact the movies and how I felt about the Predators from those movies (so you can probably imagine how much disappointment and sadness I experienced when I did get around to playing as Predator).
Back when I did play as Predator, I would never engage Fireteam while they were over-run by AI or interacting with objectives. I tried to stalk and hunt them as much as the game would allow. But as the game got older, those tactics quickly became unviable.
Same. When I first got the game, I thought it was going to be legit like the movies. I would hide in trees, stalk the FT, all of that. Yeah I got my ass kicked a lot. A LOT. You can’t duplicate the movies with the way this game is set up, its impossible. Maybe that was their intention from the start, but with the various buffs and nerfs and passives, plus specializations that often break and damage bugs, its turned into a free for all arcade shooter, with who can out-DPS the other fastest being the only goal.
Yup, that’s PHG in one perfect statement unfortunately.
What is the deadliest predator, killer??
