Do you think Illfonic should finish paying homage to P2 or get on with Predators Next?

This question also brings up whether or not they will stick with this jungle exploration in present day.
This would silence all doubters about will there be a city map next as “this jungle will be the arena” in which all homages to other films will co-exist.

Because at the rate they are going, its going to be only one character per month (if were lucky), and Predator2 had a bunch of biomasks from the lost tribe that haven’t made it.
We were leaked some interesting Predators material in which ppl are very excited about.
but there is so much more in the Stalking Shadows timeline in which ppl really want to know more about…so is that going to be held out for a possible AAA Budgeted single player title?

I hope i wrote that out correctly, if you know what i mean respond anyway. ;)

I mean I’m not going to say no a city map if it can be made functional and without screwing over the predators predkour however at this point the only thing that’s needed from Predator 2 is Harrigan, we already have CH and elder.

Focus on Predator 2 first. But truthfully, they need to utilise the lore established in Stalking Shadows and give us that Egyptian female Predator and a map to compliment it.

Predators would be more jungle type maps, which if done right aren’t a bad thing. Predator 2 focus begs for a city map, or something suburban at least.

I said no due to the fact a city map is probably a few months out and I don’t think they’ll be able to get Harrigan.

Personally Predators super preds or whatever you want to call them, will be something that will get alot of attention because these guys are a new design and have brand new gadgets. This will take the most time for ppl to get used to and possibly change the scene as many ppl are getting bored with some of our predators.
Players dig new toys and focusing on the Predators film would be the one film that could deliver on that.

But also, I think they aren’t really restricted to when they will release fan favourite characters, because it is essentially an homage and not part of any narrative that has been published.

I’d like to see Harrigan, his squad mates and King Willie can come further down the line as a group or something.

Mr. Black, Falconer and Tracker would all be good additions but I’m willing to wait for them too. Crucified is fine too but I’m not in a rush for him either.

Maps I have far more interest in, I’d like to see a Desert, Savanna, North American forest of ferns and dense trees, Arctic or Antarctic maps, a number of city maps and finally a few maps that just throw you for a loop, like on an oil rig in the middle of the ocean or inside a STGZ/OWLF base.

More than maps, I want things to hunt as both FT and Predator, the mutant T-Rex from part 2, Terran animals Lions, tiger, bears, croc’s, Rhinos even. I’d love to hunt an Amengi or other alien species that the Predators Hunt.

Lore, I’d like more of this from both sides of the story. Along with this I’d like a further progression system. It needs to be build in a way to have both infinite grind and the appearance of hitting benchmarks, while not unbalancing play for those who can’t grind all day every day.

I don’t see why they can’t hop around… The game takes place (in the future?) so everything that happened between the first movie and “the Predator” is fair game.

If they add anything beyond Predator 2 they run the risk of enraging the gatekeepers

Yes… I disliked her ‘science’ but actually liked her character quite a bit. Not just cause of the actress. She needs that sweet ass a Tranquilizer gun.

Normally I’d say I’m fine without having the dog (Pred Hound) but the way you phrased that, not the plot armour part but for FT member… that’s actually interesting, don’t think it would happen, but Playing as a Pred Hound would be kinda neat.
