Does anybody know an exact fast way to get predkour master

I can’t get predkour master no matter how many private matchstick of just travel the trees I do if anybody knows a sure way to get it let me know a recording would help.the most also does pressing x to jump the trees give progress towards the trophy as well

Also I’ve been seeing a dev replying in the forums your the ones who made the trophy any help would be greatly appreciated
