Does anyone else feel scammed?

I feel like this was a cash grab and now we’re stuck with a unpolished game at this point.

I hope not buddy I’d doubt it I was thinking the same thing for a sec but making games ain’t easy and this didn’t have massive budget I’m guessing it did somewhat decent at launch tho so hopefully this free dlc next month is arnie and some more cool as pred skins 😊

I haven’t even played the game yet. But NO, I think this is a terrible assumption to make. You can’t just whip up a game and have it roll out with no flaws. There was a BETA, they’re active on this forum and seem to be putting effort into the issues. In time my dude, things will fall in place. I remember F13 being a complete POS when I first played, but they eventually fixed it… patience.

Yeah they released a game before it was ready. Maybe because they needed the funds? If the developers don’t fix this game they could face some trouble from their patrons in the near future, especially if there are enough people pissed off. This game is not worth $40 in its current state. Not even close.

Where did you get the information regarding the budget? Illfonic is not a nobody studio. Previously worked under THQ. Ever heard of them?

I don’t feel scammed at all. Matchmaking was a major issue right at launch, and they fixed it. I’m sure they’re working on other issues right now. F13 came around pretty quickly, this will as well I’m sure. It just dropped last week. Illfonic is a small studio and they’re working from home. The latest hotfix was proof they’re grinding, and they still are.

There’s no one on that team that could answer every question, and attempting to do so would make others mad that didn’t get a response. Or the response they wanted. With this community being pretty damn negative it makes sense to remain silent until things chill out. They’re sponging everything up on the forums though, I’m sure.

The devs need to admit they are in over their heads and call another developer to to finish this project.
There is no other hope.
I really hope they are reading this and all other reviews out there ,none are positive.
Dont let this be your legacy its ok to ask for help this game deserves it.
But you have to change the format abit there is no way around it, please put the work in to make this a triple A title.

i feel scamed because i preorddered and havent gotten any of my items yet, AND IM MAXED RANKED so i mean half of the stuff i paid for is worth less now because of that pretty much all i really wanna get form them is my 87 skin and my free mask for the pred and im happy but i got a feeling thats not gonna happen

Got the game on Epic with the holiday deduction, so 29,90 €. So far I’ve played 7 h, been mostly fun and the only real frustration has been, when the other FT members don’t play as a team, etc. So far the pleasure of playing has been well worth the 4,30 €/h. Might not play this for 100 h, but that’s not my goal anyway.

Says they’re doing a patch focused on balancing, I really feel like that’s the least of the problems right now between the server issues and performance problems people are having. I really want this to be a great game, it has real potential, I hope they do iron out the problems but idk if it will happen

What they need to do is give predator a wayout if hes out matched so he can still win make the game and encounter battle where if pred is out matched by skill or whatever he could kill the fireteams hvt and bug out with the trophy it would give both teams a reason to be there and something to fight over…fireteam skulls give higher rewards but they need to build on this idea stat and give it deeper replay value and build a bigger fireteam following with alittle more skill then knife parry sniper grandelaunch cod kids.

$30 for some very immersive play, few bugs, and a lot of detail that most people I guess can’t appreciate. This is not a cash grab. This is about right for $30
