It’s called the Spartan Helmet and I’ve had it for a while. Can’t remember when exactly I unlocked it but I’ve never seen anyone else in game use it.

It’s a helmet that was supposed to be for developers only so players know when they’re playing with someone from the development team. However, it was “accidentally” released in the shop and was grabbed up by some people which is how they have it.
I believe it’s not exclusive to PC as it was in the shop across the board before it was pulled.

Correct, it was available to consoles and PC at the time of its release. I have one and I’m on console.
