I mean to say if four fireteam members have sniper, will they all gain extra damage due to each other when you mark a predator?

sniper specialization means higher damage to spotted targets, it doesn’t matter who spots. However it only applies to whoever has the sniper specialization.

That’s the thing,
Id assume that’s the way it works,
But other perks say they don’t stack,
and this seems stackable,
Because once a predators marked he’s marked right?
All four players perks would take affect in that moment, I’d assume.

I told you how it works but I guess you forgot about it.

When a sniper spec’d FT spots and you (Assault Deadly for example) shoots (without overriding Sniper spot) you get 15% damage increase as well as anyone who shoots the target spotted by a Sniper spec.

So let’s say a sniper spots the Pred, Leader hits the target and you as Assault follows by shooting, you get 25% increase of dmg on top of your own dmg increase (bullet dmg, Bane, Deadly).

In that scenario, you’ll deal 55% increased damage with your assault rifle.
