The patch is here, fine, its done, not very impressive but atleast its something.
Problem i have now is, the FT finishes too fast. Since i can no longer down them as easily, it becomes a tedious chase while taking damage. OK so they made pigs easier to find, thats great. Problem is, all healing takes ages for the Pred, and even if you play carefully to avoid damage, eventually you will need to heal up. Normal heal is 10+ seconds, eating a pig is more because you have to run there and start the animationā¦10 seconds ATLEAST, maybe more for the traveltime.
I really feel like the amount of downtime the pred has just lets the FT rush through the 3 objectives they have, plus they even lowered the amount of AI, so now its even easier.
I think this game would benefit greatly from having that objective count be set to 5 instead of 3, or even higher, because right now the pred has very little time to successfully wear down the FT, as he now is designed to do. I really feel like the Predator, unless he gets lucky and meets a very uncoordinated team, has little to no chance of stopping either reinforcements or the chopper.
Im mainly a ranged user, and i land my hits, over and over, on PC that isnt hard with some practice, but it doesnt wear them down and i see them dropping healthkits even towards the end of the chopper, i literally do nothing while hitting shot after shot, maybe im lucky downing one or two but its moot because even if they die, one guy muds up and runs for reinformcements, and i have NO way to stop that because mud renders heatvision useless.
Its just tedious as the Pred now and i feel the game forces me to play reckless, reslulting me in having to heal and give the FT alot of free time to rush objectives.
