Just really surprised with the photoshop output here…
It’s just a rendering error. It probably isn’t a pose the model is normally found in.
I don’t think this is a render. Maybe partially the arm? Seems like photoshop to me, or a hybrid of both. Maybe even an additional bodybuilder stand-in.
