I finding that taking out the downed Predator and disarming on your own is almost impossible. I usually have to run through 2 or 3 mags of an assault rifle with yautja’s bane. I was thinking maybe its the protection perk? I don’t know if works when you are downed?

Not that hard I’ve killed a few preds today and disarming there bomb but the only times you fail is if you mess up once once u mess up there’s no recovering I’ve been learning

The defuse isn’t so bad but if your teammates don’t help killing it and getting the mask off it really sucks. I hate when all the PS4 players just run away instead of attempting to win.

I always kill the Pred Before running away. Had to switch to a Double Time but it was worth it.

LMG or extended mag SMG and spray at the head instead. No reloading.

Are you shooting the Predator in the mask/head?
First you shouldn’t have a chance to take on a predator on your own, but Arnold p2w can. For the self-destruct, its a fucking joke period, easy to disarm/avoid.

Don’t get why pred players care so much about being defused. Either way you lost. You’d all cry like children if a downed FT member could shoot himself in the head before you trophied them.

You can’t take on the predator alone if he knows what he is doing and assuming he is not low on health or you found him healing and you just blow him up.
Arnold can’t take him on if the above things I said are true. Arnold is weaker then an assault or a support. Right now, 80% of games I play support. This is a team game, gear is very important. Arnold is very bad in that area. I would actually buff Arnold so he can have a bit more gear to take a med kit.
Self-destruct is not for a predator to win a game by losing. Its a minigame for the FT to get extra rewards. Predators that are down, have already lost since they are DEAD! Again, its just a small minigam for the FT to have more fun/xp.

I wouldn’t say it’s a win for the predator but more like if I die then I want to screw you over by killing everyone but I get what you mean at the end of the day once you’re down that’s it take the L and move on.
Exactly they’ve already lost. The mini game is already balanced enough I’d say.
Cuz it’s really easy to kill and disarm one, so most ppl just think if u mess up you’re the only one dead at least
I always understood disarming the self destruct to be a way to prevent Predator from easily weaponizing it.
