Downloaded game, main screen says downloading

I purchased the game tonight for ps5 downloaded 100% started up and game says downloading in top left corner, can’t access quickplay, private match, or anything else other than the tutorial. Deleted and reinstalled 3 times same problem. I’m tempted to contact ps support and demand a refund no sense in having a game I can’t play.

…did it finish downloading completely…? A lot of games install to a point where you can access certain features but the full game is still downloading.
