DPS values for RP-103 with Sniper buff?

This was my favorite weapon at launch.

Do anyone of you beautiful minds have the power to give me the answers I seek?

Well, 29 dpr at 0m and 12.6 rpm, so DPS is 365, which is about equal to the QR-4. However, at 25m, the damage only drops to 26 per round, equaling 327 dps, which is better than the AR-W at the same range.

Therefore, **the RP-103 is best used **with weapons training at longer range.

Simply multiply the dps by 1.15 for the values with sniper.

Not too shabby, given that I would run this on a Recon with Bane… but, still not enough to justify anything more than the occasional dusting off.

Well, the new patch 3.0 has made this post obsolete. The Bow now does 45 Dmg uncharged, so any class with Thick Skin can Tank 4 shots.

I don’t recommend running recon or scout, any longer. Apparently, the Yautja Bow now does 57 damage uncharged. Therefore, you’ll want to have more than 171 base health, especially against PC predators. They will jump around like they’re on crack, spamming rapid fire arrows, and kill downed players faster than they can be revived, unless you have a field medic. I put together a list of builds that have at least 171 health.

Builds with over 171 effective health

Dutch 87

  • Base while mudded 172

  • thick skin 180

  • Thick skin while mudded 200

  • Thick skin & OWLF 195

  • Thick skin & OWLF while mudded 216

Dutch 25

  • OWLF 174

  • Thick skin 185

  • Thick skin & OWLF 201

Support

  • Base 175

  • OWLF 190

  • Thick skin 200

Dante

  • OWLF 174

  • Thick skin 185

  • Thick skin & OWLF 201

  • OWLF while sprinting 217

  • Thick skin while sprinting 231

  • Thick skin & OWLF while sprinting 251

OWLF Operator

  • Thick skin 177

  • Thick skin and OWLF 193

Assault

  • Thick skin 175

  • Thick skin and OWLF 190

You’ll want to start with one of these builds, then use the remaining perk points, specializations, and weapons to determine what role you want to fill. Every team should have at least one support, preferably with field medic, and the rest of the team should orbit that player like they’re the sun (stay within 20m).

Excellent list.

My first reactions are -

Dante and OWLF Operative bring a lot of firepower to any FT.

Pair them with a Field Medic and this is simply too much power.

I’m going to do it anyway, but still.

@SkooLBoY_SkePtiK you’re amazing.

Just math. And I got a lot of free time right now.
