Why is that?! In the recordings and tapes he had surgery using Predator tech, which gave him a longer life span but it should have done more, I hope they fix it or at least make the class better

The changes he needs is he should at least have max stamina and melee damage. Passives would just switch his hip fire accuracy with mud resistance from 87 and get that perfect stealth tank and buffed assault class that would accurately describe both versions of Dutch.
Dutch 87 is going in all out like in the beginning of the film so this new change would reflect that.
Dutch 2025 is about hunting Predators, so the new build would reflect that class specialization.
