My psn tells me the characters are purchased and I do not see my hero in custom loadouts and it’s confusing. Anyone else have this problem with a ps4???

When you go to customise , you should see a box at the top either named scout , assault , recon and support? The dlc should pop up in there . If it doesn’t try closing the application and boot it back up?

Not just that, currently all none Dutch characters can have Dutch voice lines during missions.
