I know i was just saying that i personally ain’t interested in the dutch dlc but i’m waiting on the next one and hoping we get some sweet predator dlc with new stuff.

Exactly.
Although most players disregard the OWLF collectibles, in those records we have hints of the DLC forthcoming and I suspect via the Dutch ones we might have a glimpse of what’s coming next.
We are getting an aged-Dutch and not his younger self from the first movie which implies IllFonic is expanding the lore as one can here in the OWLF tapes.
Dutch in the DLC has the grid-scar on his face due to an encounter with a female Predator that used on him the netgun. Following the story Dutch received a treatment to heal from severe injuries–a serum cointaining Predator blood cells augmented with human DNA…the side effects and how it interacts with Dutch nowadays is not told…leaving room to the DLC add some attributes to Dutch aside of being just a FT member.

I’m hoping for some cool cinematic cut scenes as well. Maybe Keyes Jr will finally feel he achieved his father’s dream within Stargazer…but I guess not everyone cares about the fluff like we do. Only wish I’d bought the deluxe edition for the digital comic and artwork. One week to go, and we’ll know👌🏼💯

This is my theory. I came up with this.
Theres 4 DLCs correct. In the image we see Dutch, 3 more slots and then Coming Soon.
I’m calling it now.
We will be getting Dutch, Blain, Dillion & Billy.1 new DLC each month.
Afterwards Then predator 2 content…(hopefully).
4 slots for 4 FireTeam members. To give us the whole team from the original film then PREDATOR 2 content.

But if it weren’t those guys, i simply don’t know what they would roll out in the next 4 months.
The future Dutch is canonical so who knows what narrative is about to happen.

i disagree. We might get Peter Keyes, Alex woods, wolf or elder predator with new whip as weapon choice to drag enemies into trees or smack them up with ranged attacks or maybe a throwing star, maybe PRINCE or Tusk, and possibly Royce… The whip to grap an enemy and bring them up for skinning on a downed enemy would be amazing… also add skining in the game to take the characters loot vitranium or whatever the fuck its called
Argh why do people want Alex? She was a blander, discount store knock off of Machiko Noguchi from the original AVP comics/novels. I know Machiko wouldn’t fit into the timeframe of the canon (she’s from the W-Y Corp. space colonies era so not even close to present times sadly), so seeing her is unlikely but damnit if she isn’t a WAY better and more interesting character than vanilla as hell Alex was.

maybe will get some comic stuff from dark horse way off the wall… later down the road when we get space maps and different planet maps with actual raging monsters that can kill ft members and the predator if there not careful

Holy shit this response. The sad truth is that SOE is probably not giving them more money so they have to sell DLC that is already partially coded into the game to keep up revenue/development of the game.

For future DLCs, I am not sure we’ll be seeing much of “classic” characters.
Considering with this DLC, “Dutch” is aged and not his younger self as seen in the first movie and that this likeness is described in the story that the collectibles OWLF provides–it seems IllFonic is pushing foward the lore, I belive we might get clues of what’s next to come from the Dutch audio files…
Although I’m wrong, because the Predator '87 is also dead, but it is present in this game.

I’m fine with canon and non-canon fan service content, lol. If it would be confusing, just have everything come with some kinda tag to be like “this is not part of the game’s story but please enjoy anyway”. Pred '87 being the perfect example as said above he’s dead so non-canon fan service. Very very few players actually care about story canon/non-canon content anyway. Most don’t care about the OWLF tapes or the new DLC ones. Just the story fans like me care.
