Dutch being a class makes zero sense. I think they did a poor job implementing him. There shouldn’t be four Arnolds running around at the same time. Yeah it was cool to live out your fanboy O gasm for a sec but it doesn’t work and breaks the immersion of the game. Also can we get some different looks for Dutch? Why only old @$$ Arnold. Dutch should not be a class. He should be used as a Tommy Jarvis type character.
They probably expect the variation of FT members to come from people who buy the next dlcs character and play as them. The 4 Arnold happens only because they have 1 dlc released yet.

Plus if they add more outfits for the default FT classes, that will also help diversify too. Right now the issue is that they simply cant compete with arnie, wearing a god damn biomask on his shoulder lol
