Dutch voice commands do nothing (i’m playing the spanish version of the game). Also, he doesn’t say anything during combat either… This is quite frustrating since one of the main incentives to play Dutch is to hear him in battle.
By the way, the tapes are recorded in english (while the rest of the game’s voices and tapes are translated). Any info on this too?

He doesn’t even have his english voice in the spanish version of the game… his voice commands don’t work as I said. He got his tongue cut i guess. This is lame lol.

I know, just updating the situation.
I actually thought they would fix it sooner though, since as @HiveWars pointed out, you basically can’t communicate with your team if you decide to pick the dlc character you paid 7€ for.
English voice of Dutch is now in the game as a (temporary, I guess) solution.
