Ellen Page is a dude?

No need to disown the founder of your gender religion now my friend

He isn’t, he was a monster who did unconscionable things. It really is that simple.

Hey google! Who coined the term gender roles?

You’re not making a point. Just coining a term that has since been expanded upon, doesn’t mean he deserves credit for anything as far as I can see.
So what’s your point?

So far the only thing you’ve shown is that you can’t identify abuse.

Hey google! Who is the father of gender studies?

Hey Finess, what’s your point.

The basis of chemistry is alchemy, doesn’t make chemistry any less true.

Boys and girls have different pps

Triggered

Not all of them

Don’t be triggered.

Who hurt you

No that’s my question, how does another persons identity harm you.

How does a person having an imaginary friend at 25 hurt everyone around them?

It doesn’t. How they behave might but simply having an imaginary friend, say god, is totally acceptable.

It would if they decide christ is sitting in the chair next to them and everyone else should come see and shake hands. As this is a delusion and is treated as such.

So religious people are delusional?.. interesting.

Interesting twist there. When you are displaying a delusional pattern of thought affecting your day to day life, then this affects the lives of others that have to conform to the delusion. If you run around with the notion your soul can’t exist in your body and you must ascend to heaven, or you’re fighting with the invisible demons sitting in chairs that is a harmful delusion and people express their mental breaks from reality in different ways. Same goes for “This body isnt mine I must escape it somehow” that encompasses a wide range of disassociative disorders. No you aren’t 3 souls in one body even if you feel that way and identify it as a “gender” and so on.

I.E the schizophrenic homeless guy in every city that believes he is the 2nd coming of christ until his family gets tired of helping him and he dies due to living conditions. Not “religious people” but keep trying. Cheer him on why don’t you right next to the gastric bypass surgery for the depressed anorexic because that’s not abuse of someone mentally vulnerable?

An alzheimer grandma identifying you as her sister isnt condoned and isnt to be encouraged even if it would make grandma happy.

And all of those are false equivalencies, you really like them. Do you know how to argue without them. Not all Trans people have dissociative disorders. You’re mistaking symptoms for the cause.

Let’s see of verifiable disorders that leaves body dysmorphia, sex addiction, depression, and schizophrenia. There’s your cocktail. Plus 100 something trendy imaginary genders giving cluster B personalities the attention they desire since coming out as gay isn’t exciting anymore but we also have to be too trendy for labels.

You’re mistaking that the cause is that the soul or brain or something got dropped in the wrong body, not that the person is sick (or just an effiminate man or masculine woman) but continue to define this intellectually dishonest circus sideshow to me it’s all very interesting gymnastics. The father of gender studies apparently had it all figured out but you don’t like the guy xd. Now its just time for the wild west of thoughts and feelings vs illness/trauma and perception of reality. I do wonder what percentage of them believe beyond all reasonable doubt that they are the opposite sex (but those wouldnt need a constant stream of validation) & what percentage are just engaging in an elaborate fantasy they want everyone else to partake in.

People tell you how they want to be treated, you can be respectful and treat them that way or not. It isn’t about gender studies or the origin (which I pointed out the flawed logic of earlier ie. Alchemy/chemistry).

I’m not mistaking anything, trans people exist. We don’t understand the brain well enough to know all there is to know about it but the assumption of trauma is misplaced. I don’t personally believe in souls, so don’t think about that at all.

It’s only a false equivalency when the equivalence is not the logical result.

Correct. Anorexia only has a 10%-20% mortality rate between starving and suicide. I’m really undershooting. Quite generous.
